Traditional condiment obtained from cooked grape must, matured through slow acetification, with a well-balanced, sweet and sour taste. After more than 12 years of ageing in precious wooden barrels, the product can be proudly called Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. After at least 25 years of ageing, the product is awarded the elite status of «extravecchio»
