The Company

Acetaia Giuseppe Cremonini is a new-generation company that lies in a farm estate of 40,000 square meters mostly cultivated with Lambrusco Grasparossa IGT (typical geographical indication) and Trebbiano DOC (controlled origin denomination) vines, typical local grapes used for the renowned Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
The vinegar facility that has been designed and set up using cutting-edge process technology to merge tradition, quality and efficiency sets a new benchmark for the whole sector.
Next to the modern plant for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and seasonings is the family-run Traditional Vinegar Loft, where the precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. goes through a slow ageing process.
