Glazes made from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Our balsamic glazes are creamy condiments obtained from reductions of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI based on recipes developed together with our most skilful chefs.
Glazes are preferred when you need a product with a creamier texture than Balsamic Vinegar. They are great as a cold garnish lending a touch of Balsamic flavour to fruit salads, ice cream, desserts and cheese or added to meat, eggs, shrimps, boiled meat and risotto during cooking.
Our balsamic glazes are available in the Classic (also in Bio version) and Lemon, Truffle, Chilli, Fig, Strawberry and Orange flavours.
